The TPW philosophy presupposes that the client should always return satisfied. This goal can be reached only if all the players involved participate. TPW, in collaboration with its Providers, offers the following Assistance services:
- Booking assistance to all the Buyer Users by phone and support center. By phone you can ask for information, but requests, changes and confirmations should occur through support center or through other system tools. This assistance is generally supplied in English, except the case when a TPW representation is in your area.
- Assistance in loco h24 7/7 for travellers, managed by platform Suppliers to reduce action time. The service is in English but several suppliers offer assistence in other languages. The spoken languages are signed in vouchers.
- Emergencies assistance h24 7/7 for every Partners. The service is in English except the presence of a TPW representation in your area.
- Product assistance for Suppliers. The servie is in English except the presence of a TPW representation in your area.
- Assistance interface XML/API for Suppliers. The service is in English.
